I look back at my images of when I first started shooting there and think about how much I have grown as a photographer. Like many photographers, I am always trying to better myself and improve my craft.  It's so nice to be able to look at the images I take now and be happy with my work.  I work really hard to advance my photography skills and will always continue to do so-I will NEVER stop learning and neither should you!  With the way the world is and with advances in technology I don't think anyone can ever "master" a skill when things evolve so much.  For example, I use a Sony mirrorless camera and years ago that kind of camera model didn't even exist!

So when I take images of a couple for their engagement session and compare them to images I took of a small family years ago, I really see how my hard work has paid off.  I'm not perfect but I strive for perfection. Artists tend to get down on themselves and criticize their work every now and again and there's nothing wrong with that as long as you aren't dwelling on it. 

You won't be able to see growth if you can't see room for improvement but you won't be able to grow if you can't appreciate how much you've grown.  I'd be honored to photograph for you and include you in my photography journey.
