Colorado Springs, CO, Portrait Photographer:My Fun Yearly Celebrations Project

Did you know that there are a zillion different holidays people celebrate every year but we hardly hear of them?  You hear on the radio about International Pancake Day or Teacher Appreciation day.  BUT did you know that there is Take Your Plants for a Walk Day?  What?!

So, I have decided to take it upon myself to celebrate all of my favorite holidays I found on Emotions Cards  by taking a picture to celebrate that day.  So far I've only done a couple but there are so many more to create!  As a photographer, I love finding a way to keep my creative mind sharp and always thinking.  I've explained to my kiddos what we will be doing and they are excited!  We've already started brainstorming ideas for what we want to do and I love that they want to do this with me.
